4. Lost or Stolen Packages
- Celestial Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages once they are handed to the carrier.
- If tracking states “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with your local post office or neighbors before reaching out.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
- We are not liable for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay for reshipment.
